Job Description
We are seeking a target-driven Sales Representative (Foodstuff) to develop new clients, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets across the UAE, GCC, African, and Asian markets. The role focuses on FMCG, rice, and agricultural commodities, involving field sales, market analysis, reporting, and coordination with internal teams, logistics partners, customs agents, and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Coordinate orders, delivery, and customer support
- Collect payments, handle invoices, and monitor stock levels to minimize shortages or excessive returns
- Assist with UAE port clearance with CHA coordination
- Liaise with Indian suppliers and regional teams
- Support warehouse operations when required
- Use MS Office and attend Google Meet / Zoom meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; higher qualifications welcome
- 1–2 years of B2B outdoor sales experience in the UAE
- FMCG, foodstuff, rice, or agri-commodity exposure preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Ability to handle field sales and client visits
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Computer literate with MS Office and digital tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Valid UAE driving license (Car or Bike) – Mandatory
- Candidate must be currently based in Dubai

Note
- Salary : Basic Salary + Commission (based on Dubai experience)
- Eligibility: Candidates must be currently based in Dubai
- Interview: Face-to-face interview at our Warehouse Office, Dubai Investment Park – 2 (DIP-2)
